Anyone interested in information about the adoption process in their province/territory of residence is encouraged to contact their respective provincial/territorial government. Prospective adoptive parents who have not yet reached the immigration or citizenship process, or those who have a pending application with CIC and have not yet been contacted, should contact the CIC Call Centre to discuss their case at 1-888-242-2100 (in Canada only, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST Monday through Friday) or by email at question-Haiti@cic.gc.ca.
